1. Introduction

Welcome to Dedicace. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Using Our Service

Dedicace is a platform that connects individuals with celebrities for personalized video messages intended for personal, everyday, non-commercial use only.

• Placing an Order: When you place an order for a video, the celebrity has up to 7 days to fulfill or decline it.
• Refunds and Declines: If a celebrity declines an order, or if you request a refund for a completed order within 7 days of delivery, we will review the request under these terms and return any approved refund to your original payment method.
• No Guarantee: Submitting an order does not guarantee that the celebrity will fulfill it. They reserve the right to decline orders at their discretion.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payment and Fees

When you place an order for a video, your payment method is charged at checkout. Completed orders may qualify for a refund request only within 7 days of delivery and only as allowed by these terms. If a refund is approved, we return it to your original payment method, which typically appears within 5–10 business days. All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partner. We do not store your full credit card information.

5. License and Video Usage

Upon completion of a video, the celebrity retains ownership of the video and grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, personal, and non-commercial license to use, copy, and publicly display it in any medium. For completed orders, that license continues even if the celebrity later deletes or deactivates their profile or otherwise stops using Dedicace, and Dedicace may continue to retain and make the video available as needed to operate the service, maintain order records, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, and comply with legal obligations.

• You may not use the video for any commercial, promotional, business, fundraising, institutional, or endorsement purpose. Dedicace videos are only for personal, ordinary, non-commercial use.
• You may not edit, modify, or manipulate the video in a way that misrepresents the celebrity or violates our community guidelines.

6. Public and Non-Private Videos

If a celebrity or other user submits, uploads, or makes a video or other content available on a public, featured, promotional, or otherwise non-private basis through Dedicace, they grant Dedicace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and use that content to operate, improve, advertise, market, and promote Dedicace and its services across our app, website, social media channels, paid media, presentations, and similar promotional materials. This license continues for materials already created or published by Dedicace before the content is later removed from public view, subject to applicable law.

7. Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit requests or share content that is:

• Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or threatening.
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene.
• Promoting illegal activities, violence, or hate speech.
• Infringing on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dedicace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of Dedicace after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
