Simply browse our categories or search for your favorite celebrity. Once you find them, open their profile, fill out a short order form with instructions on what you want them to say, and place your order.
Celebrities typically have up to 7 days to complete an order. However, many respond much faster, often within a couple of days. You will be notified via email as soon as your video is ready.
Yes! Once your video is complete, you'll receive a link to view it. From there, you can download the video file directly to your device and share it with friends, family, or on your social media accounts.
Celebrities have the right to decline any order at their discretion. If a celebrity declines your order, we open a refund review and return any approved refund to your original payment method after review and payment-provider processing.
Completed orders may qualify for a refund request under our terms. You must submit the request within 7 days of delivery. Our team reviews each request manually, and any approved refund is returned to your original payment method.
